Ginger’s Pet Rescue Benefit

At Ba Bar, we wholeheartedly believe in giving back to our local community. From schools in our neighborhoods, hospitals protecting our city, to organizations that focus on combating food insecurity, we want to support those that are doing good work. This is why we are excited about our fourth monthly Ba Bar Community Partner Day. On the first Monday of each month, a rotating nonprofit partner will receive a 10% donation of net sales from that day. 

To start off 2021, Ba Bar Capitol Hill sales will benefit Ginger’s Pet Rescue on Monday, January 4, 2021. A cause near and dear to our dog-loving family, January 2 would have been the 5th birthday of our beloved Winston. To commemorate him, we invite you to join us on our newly designed outdoor heated patio or order takeout from Ba Bar Capitol Hill, and 10% of the day’s net sales will be donated to Ginger’s Pet Rescue, saving the lives of 10,000 dogs, and counting! More about Ginger’s Pet Rescue

Ginger’s Pet Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, one of the largest non-profit pet rescue organizations in Washington State specializing in saving “Death Row Dogs.” Since 2006 it has saved more than 10,000 dogs. Its mission is to give homeless animals with no hope the life they deserve through rescue, foster and adoption. 
 
With no centralized physical shelter location, the organization relies on a large network of fosters in the Seattle area, who provide our dogs with love and care during transition from rescue to adoption. It is solely sustained by adoption fees and donations to help provide for the 100+ dogs in its rescue at any given time. More than 90% of every dollar generated goes directly to the rescue of its animals.
